Do I need an account to purchase items online?

You do not need an account to purchase things from our site. However, a personalized account allows you to:

  • Review of current and previous order history
  • Account password reset if required
  • Receive notifications of special sales and deals for valued Alemac Apparel customers
  • Receive discounts for being a valued repeat customer

When Will My Order be processed?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

What can I use as a form of payment?

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club
  • PayPal

Will I get a receipt with my order?

 You will receive an itemized receipt with your shipped order.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

 No, your credit card will be charged the day that your order is shipped. You will only be charged for items actually shipped, as back ordered items will be charged when shipped. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received.

What if my selection is sold out?

 If an item is sold out, you will be notified when you select the item from our site.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

 

How soon will my item ship?

Items in stock will be processed to ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of order.  A typical order will normally take 5 to 8 business days from the order date to arrive unless otherwise stated.

 

Do you ship items internationally?

Yes, we ship our products internationally. Please ensure at checkout, you have the correct address information for your country.

What carrier will deliver my product?

We have selected UPS and the USPS (United States Postal Service) as the primary forms of shipping for products you order from us. In an event another carrier is needed, we will provide you with specific details as required.

Is my online order secure?

Your online credit card transactions are secure with www.alemacapparel.com.  We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. Making a credit card purchase is just as safe on our website as it is by telephone, but if you prefer the latter, you may purchase online merchandise by calling 1-410-878-1316, Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.
