Return Policy

FINAL SALES ITEMS: All Oils, Jewelry and items marked FINAL SALE are final. Final Sales Items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds unless received damaged, defective, or was incorrect items(s).

For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn and tags must be intact and must be accompanied by the original return form.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date. Final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. 

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 14 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. We will not refund the return shipping cost but will return the original shipping fee if product is damaged .We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note only standard carrier services will be refunded.
